 腎經與心經直接的相聯，透過培育與修煉，腎志才可以跟心神交流。
心（神）之氣靠肝之血，肝（魂）血足，心氣可跟腎（精志）溝通

『正氣』解放罪惡感和羞恥感
（2）K4 大鐘 Settle the will, major point for Alzheimer's
『定志』化解老人癡呆
（3）K8 交信 Self esteem, self worth 。Disperse for narcissistic behavior自信，自尊，狂大，狂妄或自戀

Regulate Chong and Ren – trust self because world is good place (Ren) communicate to world (Chong)整合沖脈與任脈 ，以信任自我，珍享美麗的世界是（任），和諧於世界脈動（沖）Very sensitive for people having too much sex性行為強弱，與之呼應為伍
